We are a community initiative dedicated to bringing together board members and leaders from diverse sectors on transformative hikes and outdoor expeditions. Our mission is to enhance resilience, foster empathy, and facilitate peer networking in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Our Hikes and Challenges
We organise monthly 10+ kilometre hikes around the UK for groups of up to 15 people. These hikes are anchored around two annual challenges, which we fundraise for. We want to nurture our passion, do what we love, but also support our drive for greater social mobility and the development of future leaders.
The annual challenges for 2024 are:
- 2-day 100km Peak District Challenge (25km and 50km distance options available)
- 5-day Dolomites Hut-to-Hut hike
Joining these walks is free (but you'll have to pay for the pub pit stop!). We do ask for a little commitment however:
- Please help us fundraise for each of the challenges above.
- Use your influence to try and launch a new or additional internship in one the businesses you are involved in this year.
